EVAPORATECH WATERLESS TOILET SYSTEMS

Restroom Solutions, Inc.’s EvaporaTech Dual Vault Toilet is a technical enhancement and improvement to USFS Sweet Smelling Vault Technology that includes a high powered ventilation fan, in concert with a forced aeration system. Human waste is deposited into an environmentally sealed precast concrete vault. The waste has fresh, dry, preheated air percolate from a diffuser (minimum 1 per toilet riser) located on the bottom of the vault through the liquid waste mass. This dry, fresh air oxygenates the liquid waste and collects water molecules as water vapor and through evaporation. This moist, water vapor saturated air is removed from the vault and exhausted to the ambient air through a high cfm, forced-air ventilation system. The intent of the system is to provide a simple to maintain, waterless, environmentally friendly, alternatively powered, human waste treatment system that reduces water content and therefore volume of vault waste.
