This is a picture of the fort pike restroom building delivered in early 2005.

 

 

Fort Pike, a park in New Orleans, Louisiana was hit hard the fall of 2005 by Hurricane Katrina.  The 15' flooding from the  storm surge, 

as well, the waters retreat undermined this frame built pre-fabricated restroom building.  The integrated concrete floor system 

and the quality construction saved the investment made years ago by the parks department.

The actual Fort Pike after Katrina's devastation.  The only two things left intact at the park: the restroom building 

and the Fort, itself.
